1. Cancellations
   We understand that plans may change, and our Order Cancellation and Refund Policy at Urbane Designs allows customers to cancel orders within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply, particularly for large or customized orders where resources and materials have already been committed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to facilitate easier processing.
2. Refunds
   If your product arrives defective or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a refund or replacement. Each request is carefully reviewed, and refunds are generally provided for defective or incorrect items only.
   Non-Refundable Items
   Customized and personalized items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. As these items are custom-made, please double-check order details for accuracy at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
   To initiate a refund , contact our team within 3 days of receiving your product. Include order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a refund or an alternative solution.
